Set in a small town in Clarksborough, PA The Wedding Caper sends Annie Peterson on a super sleuth mission. With two daughters engaged and two weddings pending Annie’s husband Warren has joked about robbing the bank. When Warren comes home one day and hands Annie an envelope full of money - $25,000.00 to be exact Annie suddenly finds herself questioning where her husband got the money especially now that the same exact amount he gave her has come up missing from the local bank. Annie doesn’t want to believe Warren could do it but all clues point to him especially because he is the bank manager and has access to the deposit box.

The Wedding Caper brought out my super sleuth ’wanna be’ tendencies! I was sucked in from the first page and found myself grabbing notebook and pen so I could jot down suspects and notes about the missing night deposit. Janice Thompson did a great job creating a fun but suspenseful book that kept me on the edge of my seat. It was hard to put this book down because the suspense of who did it drove me nuts as soon as I laid it down. It ended up being a quick two day read because I just had to know. And to get to the end and find out that my super sleuth abilities were way off track was worth a good chuckle out loud.

Join Annie Peterson on her quest to be the sleuth of the town and solve the mysterious night deposit disappearance from the Clark County Savings and Loan. You’ll find yourself sleuthing right along with her wondering if the culprit is Mr. Peterson or Niki the security guard or some of the other possible suspects!
