Review: Stand-in Groom by Kaye Dacus

stand-in-groomStand-in Groom is a sweet, funny story about a wedding planner, Anne Hawthorne, who falls for one of her clients.  What she doesn’t know is that her client isn’t actually the groom – it’s his personal assistant. The sparks fly and Anne isn’t sure she can make it through without losing her heart.

This is such a great book. It’s lighthearted and upbeat and had me smiling throughout.  The misunderstandings that poor Anne and the personal assistant, George, deal with a laugh-out-loud funny. It has a great ending and left me ready for another Kaye Dacus book.
