I have a confession to make. My kids are just now starting to get really excited about the Bible. My eldest has begun to take hers nearly everywhere with her and both of the younger kids are really getting excited about reading theirs. So this year, we really started doing a heavy duty examination of the Bibles that are on the market for kids. There aren’t a lot of reviews out there for Bibles. I mean everyone knows (for the most part) what’s in them and so what’s the point?

But as anyone who spends time with their Bible knows, there’s a big difference between translations, versions, study charts, devotions…tons of things can make an impact on whether that Bible remains a reference on your shelf or whether it becomes a friend that you don’t want to lose.

With that said, we’re excited to let you know that we will now be doing Bible reviews! We’re enjoying our glimpse into all of the variety that you can find in the greatest story of all.
