The Isaac Project focuses on Becky Sawyer, a girl raised by her loving grandfather; he has fallen ill again and his dying wish to see her married. Seeking inspiration from the scriptures on what to do with her life, one day Becky reads the story of Isaac and Rebekah in the bible and then decides her love story will be similar. One of Becky’s best friends, Lisa, helps her with an arranged marriage to a firefighter, Luke Masterson.

The Isaac Project is a both serious and funny story that readers will love from page one. With themes of loss, hurt, pain, forgiveness, and love, this novel is filled with a fantastic spin-off of the Isaac and Rebekah story from the Bible. Not only will readers become attached to this scripture story spin-off, readers will also immediately fall in love and come to absolutely adore the characters, including Beck and Luke. The Isaac Project is a beautiful contemporary romance novel that readers will not want to miss.

Rated PG: discussions of dying, discussions of marriage.
